I currently tattoo at Tattoo Afterlife in Huntington, NY. I am open to any design, and I created this form to have a better understanding of what you’re looking for so we can collaborate in the most seamless way possible. Once you submit this form, I will be in touch and will answer any further questions you may have.
I require a non refundable deposit upfront to secure your spot. The deposit will be applied to your tattoo once the project is completed.
All drawings are shown a day or two before your appointment to allow time for you to review it and offer any changes. Ultimately, my goal is for you to leave with a beautiful piece of artwork that you are fully satisfied with. I look forward to creating art together!
